My name is Elahe Toutaiolepo-Bellinger, I am a multi-cultural woman that provides telehealth therapy to individuals in Arizona. I bring strong values from growing up in the Pacific Islands such as compassion, being generous in nature and believing that we are all part of a whole.
Asking for help is a brave act and a sign of strength. If you are experiencing depression, sadness, anger or difficulty in your day-to-day experiences, asking for help is the first big step to moving forward with healing and addressing these difficulties. We live in a world that is dominated by demands, stressors and some misbeliefs that asking for help is a sign of weakness when in fact, human beings have survived and evolved by being together and helping each other. Congratulations on taking your first step in searching for solutions to support your well-being.

Taking the first step to reach out to try something different or new is you taking responsibility for your health and well-being and opening up yourself to new opportunities. Psychotherapy offers solutions and remedies that have been studied to show positive results. Whether you are facing a transition in life, past trauma, relationship issues or negative feelings about self or others, psychotherapy can help to identify the issues that are driving these behaviors or feelings and give you tools to better manage emotions and increase your quality of life and relationships.
It would be an honor to be a part of your journey towards well-being and I offer the clients I work with compassion, a safe space to explore emotions, evidenced based treatment, solutions and cultural competency and sensitivity. The client is the expert of themselves, and my job is to share knowledge and assist in observing and reflecting what the client is experiencing and through this process, you find transformation with tools and support.
I work with older adolescents, young adults and adult individuals that are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, stressors, self -esteem issues, identity issues and trauma. If this is something that sounds helpful for you. I encourage you to reach out to me for a free 15-minute consultation.
